Sandra Renee Walker, called Miss Renee by the children that she teaches, joined the staff of Child Evangelism Fellowship® October 1, 2001 as a full-time missionary. Several years ago the Lord called her to missions and she responded to the challenge given at a missionary conference at her church. Her desire is to see many children and families come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and to see boys and girls grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As a child she learned Proverbs 11:30 which says, The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life and he that winneth souls is wise” and from childhood this message has been in her spirit. She loves learning and teaching God’s Word. She has taken several classes in the Evergreen Baptist Church Bible Institute and for several years has studied God’s Word through a Kay Arthur Precepts Bible Classes. She is a graduate of the Howard University School of Communications, Washington, DC and the Children’s Ministries Institute™, Warrenton, MO. She lives in Fort Washington, MD with her sister.
